Cancel ElevenLabs from the platform you subscribed on, and you keep access until the end of your billing period. Refund window: 14 days if zero credits used (refund within 14 days only if no credits were used that period). Using even one credit in the period voids your refund eligibility.

Can you get a refund?

ElevenLabs will refund a payment only if you request it within 14 days and you have not used any credit quota in the period you are asking about. The bar is zero usage, not 'mostly unused' - a single generation voids eligibility. Refunds are not self-service; you email team@elevenlabs.io.

Watch what happens to credits. When a cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the cycle, you lose any unused subscription credits, so use them first. Pay-as-you-go credits are different: they survive cancellation but expire 12 months after purchase.
