Can you get a refund?

Midjourney only offers a refund if you have used less than 20 GPU-minutes across the entire lifetime of your account - and that count includes Relax time, not just Fast and Turbo. If you qualify, the refund option appears automatically when you cancel. If you do not see it, Midjourney will not issue a refund and there is no appeal.

Because the threshold is lifetime rather than per-billing-period, a few dozen image generations can push you past it, so most subscribers beyond their first hours will not qualify. Refunds that are granted arrive in up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
